If you are local to us, we are more than happy for you to collect your order direct from us, to reduce your postage costs. Just select the option at checkout and we will be in touch with arrangements.

Refunds and Exchanges
We are confident that our products are of excellent quality, but are happy to accept both returns and exchanges should you change your mind.
If you wish to exchange or return your item, please get in touch with us within 14 days of purchase. Please email us at this address: email@example.com and we will do our best to help.
If you still need to return the item, please return to the address provided on your enquiry. Any items returned must be returned unworn and in new condition, and we do advise a tracking service is used. A full refund will be issued once the item has been received and assessed.
All our products are lovingly designed and handmade to order, so please allow between 10 - 15 days from ordering to dispatch (any increase in delivery times, due to busy periods or to allow for holidays will be highlighted on our landing page or across the top of each page). However if you need your order sooner, please get in touch.
Postage costs will depend on the size and weight of your order, but prices start at £2.75. Most of our orders are shipped 'Signed For', as it enables us all to get the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your order will arrive safely. You will be notified that your order has been packaged and is on its way to you.
All our orders arrive with a little added 'Woof'!
